Our Cistern monitor will notify you when your water supply is getting low, directly on your phone. You can set the level for the alarm and we do the rest. You can check your water level at anytime and know when to order or haul more water. You wont have to go look in the tank again!

Our Soil Moisture monitor continuously measures the moisture in your soil. You can view readings on your phone at anytime. Sensors can be assigned to a position on a map. This allows you to see your soil moisture condition
overlaid on google maps. This makes watering easy and efficient.

We are developing a mesh radio network for the soil moisture sensors for large property such as golf courses, city parks, farms, pivot systems and more.

Stock Tank Monitoring

Ranches need to make sure their livestock has water at all times, in all kind of weather. The tanks can be spread out over large tracts of land. A good rancher will check every water tank every day, no matter what. Sometimes, daily checking is not possible due to other issues that arise.

Our Stock Tank Monitors check the tanks for you automatically, every hour of the day. If a low level or the water temperature drops to low, you will receive an immediate notification that something isnt right. You can then plan a trip out to the well site to check out why the water went low.

This saves the time of driving out to each tank plus the cost of fuel, vehicle wear and tear. It saves your access roads and also reduces fire risk in dry years. It also saves trips to remote locations in cold and snow. Feeding season is busy enough.

The hourly readings are stored so you can look at any tank in your inventory and actually see, by usage, when your livestock are coming in for water and how the tank is maintaining its levels. That helps determine the quality of your well. If you have lots of water, you could put more livestock in the pasture or if it is low regularly, you would know to move a few off. In any case, you will be notified whenever there is low water.

We will be releasing our Cellular connected version in the near future. The Cellular companies are making changes that require on LTE base cellular connections. The hardware to do so is just becoming available.

We are working on a long range mesh radio system that does not require cellular coverage. We expect this to be available spring 2019.

Basement Moisture Monitor

Our basement moisture sensor gives you peace of mine. Water seepage is a major, and potentially expensive, problem for many home owners. Our sensor notifies you of accumulating water directly on your phone and with audible tones from the sensor itself.
